Fondation Bastien is a contemporary exhibition space that provides a meeting place, a venue for exchanges and exhibitions for contemporary artists from Vanuatu or elsewhere. It hosts an art library therefore serves as a resource center, and a venue for workshops and conferences. It is also settled on a very special large ground spanning from the shore to the cliff side comprising varied seashore flora, gardens and many old trees. Its aim is to promote conservation of the environment.
