Tipasa Production is a French production company that aims at fostering the emergence of new talents in social documentary filmmaking worldwide. The company has worked with French-Cambodian filmmaker Guillaume Suon and produced Red Wedding (2012), The Last Refuge (2013) and The Storm Makers (2014).
The company is run by Julien Roumy - a young French producer who has been trained by acclaimed documentary filmmakers Raymond Depardon and Rithy Panh - in association with Vincent Viaud.
