Julien Roumy, a young French producer, has been working for four years with Rithy Panh on the arising of a new generation of Cambodian filmmakers and technicians in order to produce compelling documentaries about Cambodia's history and contemporary society.
He is Head of Production at BOPHANA CENTER (Phnom Penh - Cambodia) and Producer at TIPASA PRODUCTION (Montauban - France).
