Yasmina is a cultivated and attractive Moroccan girl who arrives in Spain to continue her university studies. She lives in a village in Estramadura with her brother Abdel and other Moroccans who work on farms in the region. Yasmina does not feel comfortable with either the Moroccans or Spaniards and the only place where she feels at home is an immigrant reception association where she goes to improve her Spanish.
