Mrs. Peace Anyiam-Osigwe is Lawyer, Poet, Publisher and Film Executive Producer/Producer.
She is also founder of the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). Her worldwide contacts will give the award its cutting edge by attracting the brightest and best in all departments.
In 2010, The Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) was launched at the 6th Africa Academy Awards (AMAA) on the 10th of April in Bayelsa, Nigeria by Peace Anyiam-Osigwe; founder of AMAA.
Her family announced she has passed away on 10 January 2023.
