Paul-Dominique "Win" VACHARASINTHU is a renewable energy entrepreneur, who, in recent years, is segueing further into the production and financing domain of the entertainment industry.

Since his first experience producing and financing his first US feature film, A Stanger In Paradise (2012), Paul-Dominique has opened two international film companies; a production company called TRIBUS P FILMS and a production service company called UMOON PRODUCTIONS.

Tribus P Films' latest film, Going Places, written, directed and starring John Turturro is currently in postproduction. The film had financial collaboration with Sidney Kimmel Entertainment and Fernando Sulichin. The film also stars Bobby Cannavale, Audrey Tautou and Susan Sarandon.

One of the latest films, Le Monde Est A Toi, is directed by Romain Gavras. The film is a production and financial collaboration with Iconoclast and Canal+ which stars, Isabelle Adjani, Vincent Cassel, Karim Leklou, Oukaya Amamra, François D'Amiens, and Philippe Katherine. The movie has been selected by the Director's Fortnight at the Cannes film Festival. The official release date is August 15, 2018.

Among these many projects, is also a comedy film, L'Enfant Roi, directed by Antoine de Bary which is currently in postproduction.

Currently pre-producing Toute Ressemblance, written and directed by Michel Denisot, starring Franck Dubosc for the main role. The film is about TV industry back stage, glory and treason.
