African Perspectives - Série de Films Africains

En 2007 AfricAvenir Windhoek initie "African Perspectives", un ciné-club mensuel de films africains, à Windhowk, en coopération avec Studio 77, qui connait un succès grandissant dans la capitale namibienne. Le ciné-club est une plateforme pour des programmations cinématographiques africaines, trop souvent marginalisées dans la société namibienne. Depuis juillet 2012, les films sont projetés au centre Goethe.

African Perspectives - Contemporary African Films
In 2007 AfricAvenir Windhoek initiated "African Perspectives", a monthly African filmseries in Windhoek in cooperation with Studio 77, which attracts more and more attention from the public. The Film Series provides a platform for critical African perspectives on social, cultural and historical issues, which we deem relevant for the Namibian society.

After receiving several requests in 2011 to expand its screenings across Namibia, AfricAvenir is busy seeking partners and looking for venues to screen in the towns of Swakopmund and Ondangwa. This planned expansion is an exciting development for the team of AfricAvenir and we hope for a similar success like the series has proven in the last past 5 years in Windhoek.
