"Carnival is a very special and important event for the country and the people, and it's all inclusive. It's about the masses, celebrating our talents, our culture and joie-de-vivre. Next year being the fiftieth year, we thought it critical to give the public the chance to have a say, and that, essentially, is what this campaign is about," CDC Chairman Neil Cochrane said.
