Vincent Kassman is from Bereina in Central Province, and is a first year student at the University of Papua New Guinea studying Fine Arts.
It was during his early schooling that he became interested in art with line and colour particularly catching his attention. At high school he started to develop his freehand style of line drawing and received basic architectural and contemporary drawing.
His style reflects this technical training with him currently presenting pen and ink images. His work reflects the community around him and some of the more controversial aspects of modern life in the Capital city where he now lives.
