French Film Director and screenwriter.
Born in Cayenne (French Guiana), Pélagie Serge Poyotte was introduced to cinema as a teenager. In the 1990s, he produced reports for RFO Guyane. Many short films followed during his cinema studies, including "Bon Na Rien". Then he directed "Beautiful" (2011, French Guiana, fiction, 44min, with Ricky Tribord, Camille Bessière-Mithra), a romantic and fantastic comedy with a nod to the illustrious Léon Gontran Damas.
