Mahmut Fazil COSKUN (1973, Turkey) attended courses at the Bilgi University in Istanbul from 2001 until 2004. Uzak ihtimal/Wrong Rosary (2009) is his feature début, winner of the Tiger Award (Best Film) at IFFR 2000, Rotterdam.
