Hillary Miria, or "Skaamaaks" is a graduate of the Melanesian Institute of Art & Communication of the University of Papua New Guinea based in Port Moresby.
Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts (Art & Design). He has worked in the graphic art field and has exhibited regularly in Port Moresby.
