Ferhat Mouhali Akbou was born 15/08/1986, who holds a degree in economics option: Money, Finance and Banque.en 2005 he joined the National Association of Youth Action Youth Rally which raise awareness and mobilize society in the field of human Rights where he served as Secretary General in the section of Bejaia in 2009, he followed a parallel formation of theater for 2 years, give presentations and participate in theater festivals he continues to work in this area, particularly with the cultural association of Hope Youth Seddouk, where he is currently the president.
he worked in the Documentation Centre of Human Rights (CDDH).
This is where he discovered his intention and attraction in the area of audiovisual he pushed a training within the Association Cinema and memory and directed his first documentary film in 2011 "Fortunately as time passes" .
