Canadian Film director and scriptwriter.
Charles Officer studied at the Ontario College of Art & Design and worked as a graphic designer before turning to acting, writing and directing. He has directed the short films When Morning Comes (2000), Short Hymn, Silent War (2002), 100 Musicians (2012), and the feature film Nurse.Fighter.Boy (2008).
