Aaron Vega graduated from Keene State College in 1996 with a B.A. in Arts with  Concentration in Film Production, and a B.A. in Psychology. For the last twelve years, he has been working in post-production for films. At Florentine Films, he worked with Ken Burns, editing and post-producing on Jazz, the ten-part critically acclaimed and internationally released documentary, as well as Thomas Jefferson, and Lewis & Clark: The Journey of the Corps of Discovery. Vega went on to edit the much-lauded Ram Dass: Fierce Grace, that aired on PBS as well as Race to the Moon: The Apollo 8 Story, and John James Audabon: Drawn from Nature, that also premiered on PBS. Vega has worked on programs for The Learning Channel, the Food Network and HBO and many film collaborations. In addition to working on Artists of the Bahamas, Vega has new work premiering on PBS and making its way to national and international film festivals. Vega likes to work on projects that allow him social and political expression. He also teaches yoga and runs an edit retreat.
