The DOUALA PANAFRICAN TV SERIES FESTIVAL will take place from November 15 to 18, 2023 in Douala, Cameroon. Series submission will be open from August 18 to September 18, 2023.

1-Compétition officielle / Conditions
Official Competition / Conditions

This competition includes all series with a minimum duration of 26 minutes and a maximum of 52 minutes. The competing series must not have been broadcasted on the continent through any means. This condition ensures the exclusivity of the works presented during the festival. Seasons 2 and beyond are not eligible for competition.Language: French or English. Subtitle: French or English.


2-Douala Web Série/ Conditions

Douala Web Series / Conditions
This is an official competition open to all web series with a maximum duration of 7 minutes. The series should be specifically intended for online distribution in the first place. They must not have been broadcasted on the continent by any means. Seasons 2 and beyond are not eligible for competition. Language: French or English. Subtitle: French or English.


Panorama / Conditions
This category offers the opportunity to discover new talents and trends. It is usually a section dedicated to exploration and open to all formats.
