Stan & The Earth force are a reggae roots band from Vanuatu, lead by singer Stanleyson Antas.  The band has enjoyed much success over the past couple of years in Vanuatu and abroad, particularly with their debut album, Easy Rock Steady.

Lead singer and founder of the band, Stan, has a raspy Jamaican-style voice, and is accompanied by 7 other members. They play live shows mainly in Port Vila and Santo, but have also played in Noumea, New Caledonia and Australia in November 2013 for the World Music Expo.

Stan quotes: "Music for me is a spiritual thing and if you produce music you've got to be real about it.  People feel the truth in it and they can vibe with it." 

New Caledonia music producer Alain Lecante from Mangrove Productions recognized these qualities when he first heard the band's sound and Stan's unique voice.   "Easy Rock Steady" their debut album won Best Pacific Album Award in 2012 at New Caledonia's Music Awards "Les Fleches de la Musique"  and their remixed "6925" song and video clip remain hot favourites with fans.
