La Fête Imprévue (The Unexpected Party) is a musical comedy film initially produced in 1953 by the Algerian government which brought together on stage the comic trio composed of Rouiched, Mohamed Touri and Sid Ali Fernandel, accompanied by the orchestra of the Algerian master El Hadj M' Hamed El Anka, the singer Fadhéla Dziria, Mustapha Skandrani on piano.

Some scenes on tour at the Summer Palace (the current Palace of the Algerian Presidency, known as the People's Palace). André Zwobada, the director, played an important role after Algeria's independence in 1962, in the production and preservation of early Algerian films.
