A customs officer tries to intercept a truckload of outdated medicines. The owner contacts the politician who has been "sponsoring" his activities. The merchandise is released for sale and the customs officer penalised. The following story outlines how taxi driver Koffi, having been mildly indisposed, goes to visit a doctor who gives him a prescription. Another patient informs Koffi about the "drugs market" where drugs are sold cheaply. The outcome is that Koffi ends up dangerously ill. The fetish-priest Baba Wolou who is on his way to a traditional pharmacists' seminar, saves Koffi and decides to tackle and bring down the drug trafficking ring.
