Birds are captured from their beautiful natural environment and shoved into tiny cages to begin a journey determined by fate. "Freedom For Money" looks at the plight of these birds.
A documentary based upon freedom in its happiest and saddest moments. An extraordinary journey that takes us from the countryside of Punjab to the streets of the old inner walled city of Lahore. The life of a vendor and his birds unfold along with it a variety of human emotions as he is both loved and despised for his job.
