Saint-Denis, Reunion Island. Wilson, a teenager, lives in a working-class neighbourhood.
One morning, his mother's dog, Payanké, runs away. Wilson, perched on his father's his father's bike, sets off in search of the dog and discovers a reality he wasn't looking for.
