Held on the weekend closest to the full moon in the month of October each year in Lae Morobe Province.

The Traditional Dancing Groups (or "Sing Sing Grups" in pigin english) perform at the Show on the Sunday after the official opening of the Show and the display lasts for some hours.


The range of groups on display is the largest variery and cross section of groups that can be seen performing anywhere in PNG and usually all provinces are represented. Between 2,000 and 3,000 performers usually attend and each year there are always one or two sing sings that have never been seen before or very seldom seen and are quite uncommon.
