Écrire en Océanie is an Association that has launched a literary Contest in July 2013 and the deadline is coming up : 30th of April 2014 !
All writers that live in New Caledonia but from any origin can participate. As Georges Orwell 1984 anticipation novel, imagine in a short text (max six pages A4 font size 12) about New Caledonia in 2034.
