Currently the Assistant Director in charge of Accounts at the National Theatre of Ghana, Quaye has been involved in diverse projects relating to the arts. He has effectively coordinated the finances and administration of various collaborative cultural projects between the National Theatre and several organizations from various countries throughout the world.
