Anshu currently works at the National Federation Party as well as the University of the South Pacific. She has been the principle consultant at "You and Me" talents Fiji since 2009 and is also the founder for the Focus Earth Foundation. Her consultancy services include: The Environment, Gender Equality and Youth as well as Women Empowerment, Educatio, Theatre Arts, Stage Performance as well as running seminars and workshops.
