Toukala Sam is a young filmmaker and photographer at Nesar Studio in Vanuatu. She is also skilled in interviewing, radio production, and also creating radio dramas after participating in the Young Women's Media Advocacy training workshop hosted by FemLINK in Fiji.
Toukala has also volunteered with Wan Smolbag in Vanuatu.
