This action will propose a series of training sessions (in fundraising, marketing, networking, promotion, etc.) targeting for 20 Kenyan and Tanzanian artistic groups from disadvantaged environments. Furthermore, the project will carry awareness-raising actions to improve the regulatory framework for cultural policies in Kenya and in Tanzania.
