Reggae artiste and radio personality Abubakar Ahmed, popularly called Blakk Rasta, yesterday told members of the Privileges Committee of Parliament that he was on heat when he made the comment alleging that 80 percent of MPs smoke wee. "The utterances were unfortunate. They came on the spur of the moment. I was on heat," the host of 'Taxi Driver' on Hitz Fm told the MPs.
