Jòia is a musical group from the Occitania region of France, which mixes neofolk, Latin pop, electronic music, urban pop and other influences.
On October 11, 2024, the group released its first studio album Miratge, composed of 16 tracks sung entirely in Occitan, produced by the Mujo Records label and distributed by Addictive Music France.
Jòia's inspiration for this first opus is drawn from the ancient poems and folk tales of Occitania, from the struggles of the working classes, resonating like an echo to contemporary themes.
