'Patser' vertelt over de trip van vier vrienden die ervan dromen om te leven als echte maffiosi. Als het viertal de kans krijgt om een grote cokedeal te sluiten gaat het totaal mis en ontstaat er een bendeoorlog die in Amsterdam, Antwerpen en Marokko wordt uitgevochten. De brute Hassan Kamikaze (Ali B) kent geen grenzen om deze oorlog te winnen. Ook de maffioso Julmar (Werner Kolf) en zijn handlangers (Adje en Hef) zijn niet van plan deze oorlog te verliezen.
