Now in his seventies and a physically impaired father, Fo Yoro draws unimaginable strength from his unparalleled perseverance: defying the impossible. He fills in potholes on Togo's main roads and on the Lomé-Kpamilé stretch of road in order to survive. Carrying a yellow can containing all his tools, he's easy to spot!
