"Algeria, The Two Soldiers" tells the true story of two young Frenchmen, soldiers during the Algerian War, whom the same acute sense of honor pushed in two completely opposite directions: Noël Favrelière deserted to free a young prisoner the Algerian Muslim who was going to be executed, and René Técourt, him, to continue the fight of French Algeria alongside the ultras of the OAS. Two emblematic examples, which characterize in a direct, carnal way, what is happening there.
