MultimediaBox

Multimedia Box is a creative arts organisation established with the aim to advance the appreciation, promotion and development of community based multimedia art as an enabler for positive cultural, social and economic transformation in Zimbabwe. It exists to empower disadvantaged, young and emerging artists with skills development opportunities in digital media, film, audio production, illustration, photography, graphics, animation, publishing and new technologies. We initiative, facilitate and implement the production of media art which fosters positive, cultural, socio-economic transformation. We are involved in the creation of independent new media content which extends critical theoretical discourse in contemporary art. Our goal is to provide a cross-cultural bridge between artists of diverse mediums and backgrounds to network, share, collaborate, exchange and produce meaningful cultural experiences.
