Algerian Filmmaker.
Born in 1968 in Constantine, Laiche Kamel has a superior diploma in Dramatic Arts, with the option "theatre critic". He is a theatre author, director and producer. Mista, which came out in January 2015, is his first feature film, followed by Papillon, a short film co-produced by AARC, out in April 2015.
