After a teacher and author carrier, he set up in 1987, "Cinémas d'Afrique" film festival in Angers (France).
Art director and manager of the festival, he has seen almost all the african films shot for the last 20 years.
During the last 25 years, he has devoted his time to gain knowledge of african cultures and make them known trough films.
"The Children's Empire, an angry Dakar woman" is his first film.
