The official opening ceremony of the event started yesterday at Kigali Serena Hotel ,many guests were presents ,actors from Easter African, TAPIS ROUGE(Fred Bahillif/Kantarama Gahigiri,Suisse 2014) was the film screened.
The Mashariki African Film Festival 2015 started yesterday and it will end on saturday
