The village idiot who lives near the trashes is not that stupid. He rummages in the dustbins for his daily provision. In addition to his means of sustenance, he informs himself from the daily Malagasy papers that he gets by attacking any little street vendor of newspapers. As a result, some famous politicians - African and Western - will get a proper dressing-on because they are quickly confused in a "mess"!
