A small town on the outskirts of Algiers the White. In this large suburb, traditions and modernism are scrambling. The film is one big comical prank where all the characters who escaped from American television series are influenced by the TV antenna. It's a burlesque epic of a restless and crazy group, out of touch with reality, in search of their lost identities.
