It is Ramadan 2012 and the filmmaker is experimenting with the GoPro, whose possibilities arouse his curiosity.

"Views of Bizerte, Ramadan 2012. I have just acquired a small camera. Originally, it was intended to film sports performances (filming speed). It turns out that a serial killer used it to film his murders, which intrigued me a lot and made me want to test it. When Tahar Chikhaoui asked me if I had something to show for DREAM CITY, I said to myself: "Why not? I'm not sure that what I'm going to show will be of great intelligence but from these images will inevitably transpire a part of my feelings, emotions and contradictions regarding my relationship to this city, Bizerte."
