A look at daily life in Cuba & Eritrea Photography & Multimedia Exhibition by Samra Ghermay and Kahlil & Eli Jacobs-Fantauzzi

What do we know about Cuba? What do we know about Eritrea? Most of the information we receive about these 2 countries are based on political agendas, a history of sanctions and embargoes, and mainstream media reporting.

This photography and multimedia exhibition allows the audience to see an alternate view by entering the reality of every day people. These photographs demonstrate the vibrancy of each country and the people's determination to continue to thrive regardless of the many challenges they face. Come on a visual journey with us to Cuba and Eritrea to explore the beauty of the people and the land.
