Delegates attending this year's Apollo Film Festival (28 September to 5 October) in the Karoo town of Victoria West can look forward to a very congenial environment. The first phase of the new Apollo Community Precinct will be completed by then. It will house the Apollo Training Centre, Internet facilities, a video library where videos and short films can be viewed and a video production room.
