RCFS was founded in 2012 by Celestin Ntawirema, CEO & Managing director of IRIS PRO-FILMS "RCFS goal is to promote fashion designers & create public awareness of the talent & quality designs in the region and Africa".
RCFS aim to provide business opportunities, networking & leisure activities for the audience. RCFS also partner with young artists in entrepreneurship to promote arts & creativity, including designing clothes.
