One of the country's popular orchestras, International choir and instrumental group of Kigali, tops the must-watch-live list for any lover of classic music this weekend.

Robert Makuta, the general secretary of the choir, said, "We want to join Rwandans and our fans to celebrate Christmas."

The 40-member ensemble, including Cécile Umubyeyi, Christian Kwisanga, Chantal Uwizeyimana and Flora Mutimucyeye, among others, will play their own compositions such as Ubaye ubukombe and Turinganje, as well as Christmas songs by other musicians.
The songs to be performed comprise the Handel's Messiah (part 1) and other varied popular carols that will allow us to enjoy the Christmas and end of 2014 celebrations in happiness.
They will also perform different traditional African songs and contemporary dances.
