The International Festival of Muslim Cinema "Golden Minbar" is organized as an annual forum of Muslim cinematographers, a place of regular meetings and an exchange of experience of further cooperation among filmmakers of Russia and the Muslim countries and the entire world. In festival can take part not only Muslims, but also the representatives of other faiths creating films, popularizing universal spiritually-moral and cultural traditions. The purpose of the given festival is creation of objective representation in Russian and both the world community about an Islam and Muslims.

The International Festival of Muslim Cinema "Golden Minbar" in Kazan City is organized by the Ministry of culture РТ, the Mayoralty of Kazan, Federal agency on culture and cinematography of the Russian Federation, at support of Administration of the President of Republic Tatarstan, Guild of actors of cinema of Russia.

FESTIVAL PROGRAM
The program of the Festival includes:

1-Main Competition,
Full-length feature film.
Short-length feature film.
Documentary film.

3- Films of the Muslim countries, winners of the international film festivals!


GUESTS
All the issues connected with the invitations of guests, terms of their stay and accreditation at the Festival will be settled by the General Management of the International Festival of Muslim Cinema "Golden Minbar".

Every film in Competition programs should be personally presented by a delegate.

The General Management of the International Festival of Muslim Cinema "Golden Minbar" will cover round-trip tickets and hotel accommodation for representatives of the films in Competition programs:

* Full-length feature film 2 (two) persons (a director, an actor/actress);

* Short-length feature film 1(one) person;

* Documentary film 1(one) person.

Hospitality terms for other official guests of the Festival shall be indicated in their personal invitations.

JURIES

The International Jury of Main Competition will be set up to judge the films in Competition programs.

The General Management of Festival "Golden Minbar" will cover round-trip tickets and hotel accommodation for each Jury member.

Persons connected with the production or commercial distribution of a film in competition are not allowed to serve for the corresponding Jury.
