Senegalese director and scriptwriter.
Nicolas Sawalo CISSÉ has been architect and urban planner since 1979. He has many initiatives and directing at Senegal and international scale (African Designers Association, exhibition, articles, distinguishments?). "Blissi N'Diaye ou la visite de la dame" is his first film.
