In an imaginary African land, the dictator-president Koyaga seeks refuge in his home village after an attack on his life. A long evening is organized in his honour but Koyaga finds himself forced to listen to fierce criticism generated by his 21 years of absolute power. This long and purifying account is necessary before the forthcoming elections.
