Puaz Foundation is a Tanzanian non-profit organization founded by Joel Vicent Joseph also known as Mr Joel Joseph. It is established in 2018 , dar es salaam, Tanzania.

With the need of enough knowlegde and right information in Tanzania, Puaz Foundation was established with the aim of educating, inovating and creating opportunities for young men and women in Tanzania.
It was established for the purpose of promoting education,  health and community development.

The foundation provides different programs on the  education  especialy talent management, trainings and artist development sessions to enables young upcoming talents to boost their knowledge into proffesional career.

Its vision is to empower youth in the area of education , health and community development .
