While the inhabitants of Minam see emerging on the outskirts of their village an important building site for the construction of an industrial port, those of Sabodala are preparing to leave theirs, soon replaced by a gold mine. Farmers in Darou Khoudoss, 700 kilometres to the north, returned to their grandparents' land, expropriated by the now abandoned phosphate mining. Three places, three trajectories redefined by the assignment of territory. Between past, present and future industrial, the stories intersect, revealing the imprint left by the industry through its mechanism of absorption and alteration.
